Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with the products you order. If, for any reason, they do not meet your expectations, you have the option to return or exchange them under the conditions below:

1. Product Returns

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel, in accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights.

The cost of return shipping to us is borne by the customer (sender).

The product must be in the same condition as received: unworn, clean, with intact tags, in the original packaging, together with all accessories or complimentary gifts included.

2. Refunds

The refund of the product value will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the return and verifying its compliance.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by mutual consent.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (defective product or incorrect item sent).

3. Size Exchange

If you wish to change the size, please return the original item within 14 days.

After receiving and verifying the product, we will initiate a refund of the product value.

For the desired size, please place a new, separate order in parallel to ensure the item is reserved from stock.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

4. Delivery

Order deliveries and parcels for returns or exchanges are carried out exclusively via Sameday Easybox.

We do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery. Products must first be checked for integrity, after which the refund will be processed.
